Return Policy

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page, you can return your product and opt for an online store credit voucher for your order. The default method to return your product is using our pick-up service. For all orders starting 15 June 2022 onwards, the pick-up service is offered free.

If you want to self-ship instead, you can do so. Just make sure you inform us in advance.

Only one return is allowed per order. To clarify, an order placed using a store credit voucher is non-returnable.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTSIf

a product is non-returnable for whatever reason, it will be clearly mentioned in red colour on the specific product page itself along with the payment mode for that product. Non-returnable product sale is a final sale.

Products can be non-returnable under the following conditions:

  • Products are on clearance sale**
  • Exclusive limited edition products
  • Customized products
  • Personal products like inner-wear
  • Products bought using store credit

**Please note that all clearance sale products are 100% new, fresh, wearable and usable. They go on clearance sale for one or more reasons shown below:

Limited stock is available

Last few pieces, colours or sizes available

Minor defect that is deemed negligible

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your product, you have to file for a return as highlighted above and once you get your store credit voucher, you have to place a new order yourself.

Returns can only be filed for returnable products. For all non-returnable products, returns are unavailable and therefore even exchanges are unavailable.

REFUNDS

  • All products bought on full price are eligible for a refund.
  • Discounted products or returnable products bought during any promotion period are only eligible for an online store credit voucher.
  • If you have placed a prepaid order and cancelled it before dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • In all cases where a refund is eligible, it will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days after approval.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All return requests have to be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. These requests will be approved or declined based on the terms of sale.
  • If you have opted for a pick-up service, we will aim to get it picked-up as quickly as possible.
  • If you are sending the product yourself, you have another 7 days to have it delivered to us, for a total of 14 days.
  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags/packaging intact. If we find that the returned items are in breach of this, we will ship them back to you. Our decision on this is final.
  • Your store credit voucher, valid for 365 days, will be issued once your products are received by us and passed by the quality control team.
  • In the normal course of business, the entire process can take 10-12 working days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY**

We Hope you understand that we can only accept items for return, if they have not been used or dagmged.
The brand's original packaging (if Present), MRP Tags/ Labels and accessories also need to be returned along with the item. 
Make a video before opening a product packaging.
